This album is a collection of ancient mantras from the Sikh tradition, some of which go back as far as two thousand years. They were placed in this collection and introduced to westerners as the Aquarian Sadhana by Yogi Bhajan in 1992, chanted daily as an early morning spiritual practice.

Waheguru is the most important name of God in Sikhism. It is known as the Gurmantra or the primary mantra. It is the reference to the Almighty God; the Creator; the Supreme Soul and Sustainer of all Life. The word 'Waheguru' literally means the "Wonderful Lord" in the Gurmukhi language.

The album was inspired by 3HO’s invitation to Desert Rose to headline their annual Spring Kundalini Festival and lead the Aquarian Sadhana. It was released at the festival in September 2017.
